Our regular weekly training sessions are...

 

Monday:

 

Track session - Looking to improve your run times? 

This is the session for you! All abilities are catered for during this session take place at the University's 400m running track at the Bar End sports centre.

 

Tuesday:

Youth & Adult swim session at 20:45 - 21:30. This is a coached session  

 

Wednesday:

 

Regular coached swim session at 20:30 - 21:30 - Adults and Juniors. Come along to Kings' School for a programmed / Coached swim session. They're periodised in step with the Tri season

 

Thursday:

 

Regular morning swim session, 06:45 - 07:30 at Kings' School (Adults)

Regular evening coached swim session for adults, 21:00 - 22:00 (term time) and 20:00 - 21:00 during school holidays.

 

Saturday/Sunday:

 

Looking to improve your strength and stamina? Our coached hill session will help! Join the coach at St Catherines Hill for a 45 minute session of ups and downs.

 

Don't forget our special events like Bike maintenance workshops, Velodrome tasters and our annual Bike training camp in Mallorca.
